This is a seeded competition, open to all levels of athlete from beginner to elite. Due to overwhelming demand for places, everyone who would like to compete must enter the ballot and invites will be emailed at random. 

After accepting an invite, athletes are asked to complete several workouts in their own gym and submit their scores by 9th March 2025. This allows us to put you into a category with athletes of a similar ability. You will only compete on one day of the weekend. Good luck!

Our events are run on a random ballot entry system. If you want to guarantee yourself a spot to compete you can bypass the ballot AND get a discounted entry by volunteering to be part of our judging or equipment teams at a different event. Click on the button below to find out more details
