The Individual Trials are a fitness event for individuals where 300 male and female athletes compete on Saturday 16th May 2026.
All Athletes complete seeding workouts in advance and they are then placed in the three Rainhill categories:
WOOD - Scaled
KENNEDY - Intermediate
ROCKET - Advanced
Rainhill athlete spots are in high demand so we allocate tickets through a ballot.

Our Pairs events see over 300 same sex and mixed pairs compete against athletes of similar ability on Sunday 17th May 2026.

Spectator tickets are available for all of our events and the next event is the Rainhill Spring Trials on the 16th & 17th May 2026 at Bolton Arena.
